Problems arise, my friend and mine gun didn't work, understandable so I was able to recieve 2 voucher. Letera was great at assisting with the voucher and even helping when I came back with my 2 children. She made sure everything went smoothly for me. She is def great bc everything def! went smoothly. My kids and I had an awesome experience!!Note: def go for the vip, the GA bullets runs out too fast. I recommend for a blast experience is to book early spot, get the vip and get extra 1 or 2 extra refills for bullets when you seat down before the truck start or when truck start. It gets pricey but if you wanna make it fun, it will def be more costly .

Great experience - my kid and I loved it! It would be great if there were some more clearly marked signs so people knew where to line up but that's such a small detail it didn't warrant getting less stars.
Had a great time despite the rain
Lots of fun! Vip tickets aren't really necessary for the Zombie Paintball, but if you want the extra paintballs, go for it; you can always buy more during the ride. Brought my 8yr old son and he had a blast. Seeing his excitement is what made the whole experience much better. Paintball guns are pretty accurate, the zombie bus is really cool, the music and sound effects are a 10/10.

What's included in the purchase of a ticket?
Each ticket comes with a seat on the Zombie Rampage monster bus, a mounted paintball gun and a hopper of 100 paintballs.
What is the difference between a regular ticket and a VIP ticket?
In addition to everything included in a regular ticket, our VIP experience provides priority boarding and an additional 200 paintballs to hunt zombies with!
How long is each Zombie tour?
Each excursion on our monster bus last about 20 minutes from loading to unloading. This includes the ride out to the Hot Zone where 12-15 minutes of firing will occur.
Do I need to fill out a waiver?
Yes, we require a waiver for everyone that boards the bus. Minors under the age of 18 will need to have their waiver filled out by a parent or guardian. All minors under the age of 13 will need to be accompanied on the bus by a ticketed parent or guardian. Once you book your tickets the waiver link will be sent to you. Should you have any trouble with the waiver link you can click here.
Please be advised, one waiver must be filled out per participant. If you are clicking the link above be sure to choose the correct date and time of your booking. If you haven’t purchased tickets yet, a waiver link will be sent after your booking is complete.
How far in advance should I arrive?
Each group is required to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled event time. This gives us enough time to get everyone checked in and ready to board the Monster Bus! If you arrive more than 30 minutes in advance you may have to wait for your check-in to begin. If you arrive with less than 15 minutes until your scheduled time, we will prioritize other participants and fill the boarding group. You will not be eligible for a refund and you may not be able to reschedule.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
Yes, you can. However, we always recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee a spot on the bus at your preferred time. In addition, you receive a discounted rate when purchasing tickets in advance.
Will I get hit with paintballs?
No way. That’s one of the best parts about Zombie Rampage, its paintball without the pain! Our paintball guns are mounted on the bus so they can’t be removed and are equipped with a limiter that restricts the range of motion to only the area outside of the bus.
Do you really have live zombies?
Yes, in a way. Our live zombies are actors dressed in zombie suits outfitted with high-quality, paintball-specific PPE in order to create the safest possible environment for them. Don’t worry we take great care of our “zombies.”
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Tickets will not be refunded.
Is there an age limit?
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted. Any minors under the age of 13 will need to be accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian.
